Encore Audio™
Bit-perfectHi-Res & DSDNo subscriptionFree during the beta

Your music collection,
played the way it was recorded.

Encore Audio turns a Windows PC into a music server for your own library. It sends the original files, untouched, to the streamers around your home, and plays them on your Android phone with studio-grade sound controls. At home or away.

Everything your music deserves

◉

Bit-perfect streaming

Encore sends each file to your streamer exactly as it's stored: no decoding, resampling or volume changes on the way. A signal-path view shows you it's happening.

♫

Works with your streamers

Any DLNA/UPnP player: WiiM, HiFi Rose, Bluesound, Sonos and more. Gapless playback, and WiiM streamers get their own play queue too.

◈

Hi-Res and DSD

ALAC, FLAC, WAV, AIFF and MP3 at any resolution. DSD goes to streamers that support it natively, and is converted with care for the ones that don't.

☎

A phone app that sounds superb

Control your streamers, or play on the phone through headphones, USB DACs or Bluetooth (LDAC). EQ, tone controls and headphone correction profiles for hundreds of models.

⇧

Away from home

Your whole library on your phone over the internet, encrypted end to end, and only for devices you've paired. Download albums at full quality for offline listening.

☰

A library that looks after itself

Artwork, album details and biographies, compilations and genres, new music picked up automatically. Every track is measured for dynamic range, loudness and genuine Hi-Res.

◉

Internet radio

Thousands of stations from around the world, with favourites, playing on any of your streamers.

Yours to keep

Buy once, no subscription. Your music and listening stay on your own devices: no adverts, no tracking.

How it works

  1. Install Encore Audio on a Windows PC that's on the same network as your streamers. Your music can be on the PC or on a NAS.
  2. Point it at your music folder. Encore builds your library and keeps it up to date as you add albums.
  3. Play. Choose a streamer and an album on the PC, or install the Android app and use your phone as a remote, or as a hi-fi player in its own right.
